Fred Darwich, born 1941, is a full time real estate professional. He started his real estate carrier in 1979. Fred's expertise lies in selling and leasing residential and investment properties throughout the Los Angeles County. Fred also specializes in 1031 Tas Deferred Exchange.

In 1985, Fred joined Century 21 where he was named one of the top real estate agents for several years in a row. During that time Fred represented both buyers and sellers in the sale of residential properties, office buildings and shopping centers. During the 1991-95 real estate crash Mr. Darwich represented buyers in bidding on RTC-owned properties such as Hotels, Office Buildings, shopping centers and regional malls.

In 1995, Fred secured his broker license and formed his own Company known as Darwich, Inc. From 1995-2003 Fred sold multiple homes, apartment complexes, shoping centers, office buildings including Wells Fargo Building in Tarzana and the 12 story Korea office center in Los Angeles.

In March 2003 Fred joined Rodeo Realty in Woodland Hills, a very well respected name and the largest Independent Real Estate Company in Los Angeles. Fred continued his real estate succes by listing and selling multi million dollars homes and investment properties. During his real estate carrier Fred listed and sold properties valued in excess of $200 Million.

In addition to his real estate education, Mr. Darwich speaks fluently several languages and has a Master degree in civil and structural engineering. This is an added benefit to his expertise in real estate.

Dominique Darwich was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She graduated from Chaminade College Preporatory in West Hills and soon after got her real estate license. She joined Rodeo Realty with her father Fred Darwich and is fully committed with both residential and commercial properties. Dominique has always been around real estate and always knew that is what she wants to do with her life. She is extremely hardworking, always positive, and is committed to her clients. She has been in the entertainment business for 10 years through modeling and acting. She is also fluent in German and learning how to speak Arabic. Dominique's main priority is to find you a home that you will love.
